1. Introduction
Welcome to PRÆG. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the praegclothing.com website and any purchases made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Stock levels are indicative and not guaranteed at the moment of order placement.
4. Orders and payment
An order is binding when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (typically credit/debit card and MobilePay). Payment is processed at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

7. Warranty and complaints
Under Danish consumer law (Købeloven), you have a 24-month right of complaint on defects present at the time of delivery. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at hello@praegclothing.com with photos and your order number. Approved warranty claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content on praegclothing.com — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography — is the property of PRÆG or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Liability
PRÆG's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Danish or EU consumer law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact may be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet, naevneneshus.dk) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
