Shipping policy

At PRÆG, every order is packed and shipped from Copenhagen. We ship via GLS — chosen because it’s fast, trackable and has the best pickup point coverage in Denmark.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed and handed over to GLS within 1–2 business days after they are placed. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

2. Delivery in Denmark

GLS PakkeShop (default)

  • Cost: kr. 39
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • You pick your nearest GLS PakkeShop at checkout — typically a kiosk or supermarket open until late.
  • You receive an SMS + email when your parcel is ready for pickup.
  • Free PakkeShop shipping on orders over kr. 500.

GLS Home Delivery

  • Cost: kr. 59
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivered to your front door on a weekday between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • If you’re not home, GLS leaves the parcel at your nearest PakkeShop.

Free shipping threshold: Orders over kr. 500 ship free via GLS PakkeShop.

3. Delivery in the EU

  • Cost: from kr. 89 (calculated at checkout, depends on country)
  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days
  • All EU orders include VAT at the destination country’s rate — no surprise charges on delivery.
  • Shipped via GLS Europe.

4. Rest of world

  • Cost: from kr. 149 (calculated at checkout)
  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days
  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient on arrival. Check with your local customs authority for rates.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with a GLS tracking number. You can follow your parcel in real time at gls-group.com — link is also in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Missed delivery / no pickup

If you don’t collect your parcel from a PakkeShop within 7 days, GLS will return it to us. We’ll refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or reship if you cover the new shipping fee.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed (5+ business days past the estimated date), lost, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@praegclothing.com with your order number. We’ll file a claim with GLS and either reship the order or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

8. Wrong address

It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address you’ve provided, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipping. The cost of the new shipment is on you.
