Return and refund policy

At PRÆG we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — more generous than the 14-day legal minimum under Danish/EU consumer law — because we want you to feel safe when ordering.

1. 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund. To exercise your return right, notify us by email at hello@praegclothing.com within those 30 days.

2. Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are returnable under the same conditions unless otherwise stated.

3. How to return

  1. Email hello@praegclothing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a return address and instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Send the package within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
  4. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@praegclothing.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.

6. Right of complaint (24 months)

Under Danish consumer law (Købeloven), you have a 24-month right of complaint on manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This right exists independently of our 30-day return policy.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
